Can you write a poem with a Harvest Theme?
Perhaps you could write an acrostic?
Here’s one of mine:
Hard-working farmers are busy harvesting the crops.
Are you coming to our Harvest celebrations?
Ripening fruit on the trees.
Vegetables are ready to be picked.
Equinox (September 23rd) means longer nights.
Some foods need preserving for winter months.
Truly grateful for the food we eat.
Or maybe a funny (silly) poem like this one…..
Lettuce show our care for one another.
Peas with everyone across the world
Squash unkindness and selfishness
Thyme for family and friends.
Turnip and make a difference by lending a hand.
