Year 4 - Transfer Day - 4th July 2019

Where has the time gone?  We are now well underway with the transfer process.  The children are almost ready for that next big step.  Transfer day is a big part of making this step a lot easier for the children.  Spending a whole day at their new school gives them an insight of what to expect in September.  It also allows them to ask questions and build new relationships with their peers and teachers making the whole leap a lot more manageable.  Hopefully they are all looking forward to the day with the same sort of nervous excitement that they experienced before going to Hooke Court.  They can do this!

Just to remind you that you need to make arrangements to drop your child off and pick them up from their new school (St Osmund's or DMS).  If anyone is walking from DMS to The Prince of Wales School to pick up siblings please could you let a member of the team know. I know there are some parents struggling for pick up from DMS.
