And what a day it was! From leavers' assembly to gifts, goodbyes and the ice cream van at the end of the walk of fame. A massive big thank you for all of the kind words, cards and gifts. I actually think that we have the best job in the world (even though we work very hard), every minute is most definitely worth it. Seeing year 4 perform their last assembly showed us all that they had reached the point of being ready to move on to new adventures, as fantastic individuals who carry their new found confidence with them and there is nothing more rewarding than that.
Be confident, brave and determined in whatever you do.
Have a fantastic summer and show your new schools what you are made of! You know where we are if you fancy a visit, we would love to see you and catch up with how you are getting on.
This quote, made famous by Winnie the Pooh and I think Mrs Johnson last year, is so befitting for today:
"If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together.. there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart.. The Prince of Wales School will always be with you."
Take Care!
