Wow! What a busy week we've had - its hard to believe it has only been 4 days!
The highlight of the week has to be the overnight stays at the roundhouse. Whilst I'm not sure how much sleeping was done, the children can all proudly stamp this achievement off in their POW passports.
This week, the home learning is on the lighter side as I would really like the children to be well rested for next week and the rest of the term.
Homelearing:
1) Learn spellings for a spelling test on Monday
2) Continue to work on their times tables. Focussing on those tables they don't know well (either with hit the button or Jamming on Times Tables Rockstars).
3) Learn and sing the songs for Songlines. The children were ALL given a booklet of the song lyrics and recordings of the songs can be found by following this link.
Next week
Multiplication checks will taken this week and the following week.
Tuesday 3pm - Hooke Court information session in the staff room.
Friday - Year 4 Football tournament
- School disco (details to follow)
Saturday - Songlines (rehearsal 10am, performance 12.30pm)
