Year 4 have done nothing but impress us with their resilience, organisation and sense of fun. The weather was certainly with us for out residential this year and the whole class made the most of the experience of being away from school and home for 3 days last week. We were so proud of their ability to get stuck into things and have a go even if at first they weren't too sure! They have learned lots about trying new things, working together rather than in competition and overcoming difficulties to be successful.
This year's year 4 are also record breakers - there was no left over clothes, shoes or belongings to bring back to school. They managed to be responsible for their kit, keeping their rooms (relatively) tidy, with few exceptions (you know who you are). We just hope the right things were in the right bags!
They have now earned their right of passage to year 5. Be proud Year 4!
