Another great week in Year 4 and upcoming events

What another fantastic week we’ve had in Year 4! The children have done brilliantly, especially with Miss White being off poorly – we’re so proud of how well everyone has adapted and kept up their great attitude to learning.

This coming week is set to be a very busy and exciting one for Year 4:

  • Tuesday: We’ll be taking part in an Islamic Workshop with Sherene, which will be a great opportunity for the children to learn more about different faiths and cultures.

  • Wednesday: We’re off to the farm! Pupils should come to school dressed in their evacuee outfits. Please make sure they also bring a warm coatsturdy footwear, a snack, and a water bottle.

    • If anyone doesn’t have an evacuee outfit, school uniform is absolutely fine – everyone will still be able to take part fully in all the activities.

  • Thursday: We have an exciting author visit, which we know will inspire lots of budding writers in Year 4!

  • Friday: It’s our Harvest Festival from 9:15–10:00am. All families are warmly invited to join us for the celebration, and then come back to the classroom afterwards to taste test some of the delicious treats the children have made.

It’s shaping up to be a wonderful week of learning, creativity, and community — thank you for your continued support!

The Year 4 team
