Dear Parents and carers,
I can't believe the last day for year 4 is here. What a wonderful year it has been and we are looking forward to celebrating the children's time with us at POW at tomorrow's leavers assembly.
Please see the leavers assembly letter for details, but here are some last minute reminders:
- Non uniform. Children welcome to wear clothes for an awards ceremony.
- Please ensure children have a snack, water, hat and sunscreen.
- There will be no hot dinners. Please either send your child in with a packed lunch or families can bring their picnic lunch (these can be stored at the back of the hall to avoid overheating in cars).
- Following the assembly, parents, carers and siblings are welcome to stay for the after-show picnic party.
- Children are welcome to bring in a school polo shirt for signing.
- At 3:10pm, Year 4 children will all be taking part in a final walk around the school where the rest of the school will be clapping them out. With this in mind, we would recommend you pick your Year 4 child up at 3:20pm.
