Wowsers...............what a FANTASTIC final assembly!!!!!! You were brilliant, as usual!!!!!!!!
I would like to begin by saying a HUGE, MASSIVE, GIGANTIC "THANK YOU" for your VERY generous gifts!!!!!! I will let you all know what I buy with my voucher - something to remember you all by - definitely!!!!!!
We ended the day with lots of fun, but on a serious note (as there's no way I could have said it at school - once I start crying there would be no stopping me!!!!!!!), from the bottom of my heart, I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching you, each and every one of you are amazing and I love all of you - you will hold a VERY special place in my heart forever!!!!!
You all have so many gifts and talents and will continue to shine and sparkle your way through life.................remember too, that we will always be here if you ever need us - just because you have gone, it doesn't mean we forget you or don't care - we will always look forward to hearing how you are doing, care about your future and want to help if we can.
Please think back to Mr. Farrington's message to you all this morning - never give up and stay strong!!!!!!!!
Lots and lots and lots of love, luck and fond, fond, fond memories!!!!!!

How are we in the last week already?
And so our final week is here!!!!!!!!! Where, I hear you ask, has that time gone!!!! :-(
I hope you are all fully revitalised after your sleep overs? This week is going to be very busy and VERY fast!!!!!!!!
We will be having a dress rehearsal for our Leavers Assembly on Thursday, so please could all costumes be in by then - thank you! Also, make sure you know your lines so that we can concentrate on the acting, expression and movement!!!!!!!
Please come along to our Leavers assembly on Friday morning - 9:20..........armed with tissues!!!!!!!
The children are allowed to get a t-shirt signed, but we suggest they bring in an old school one to sign, not the one they are wearing!!!!!
I met with all the DMS year 5 tutors last week who gave very positive reports about transfer day - great news!!!!!
Mrs. Godfrey popped by to see me last week to say how amazing you all had been with your reading dens at pre-school - some groups had clearly planned and put a lot of effort into their dens (there were even snacks and musical accompaniments provided by some groups!!!!!!) the children all thoroughly enjoyed it and it was wonderful to see their little faces transfixed on our children that were reading to them!!!!! Well done, super role models!!!!!!!
Here's to a fab final week!!!!!!
The Fab 4!!!!!!!

Update on last weeks events!
I apologise for not blogging sooner, I have not had internet connection at home!!!!!!!!
Last week was packed full of various activities............
I'm sure you'll agree sports morning and the swimming gala were excellent with the children showing great skill and sportsmanship.....well done to the parents that took part in the 700m!!!!!!!! Impressive stuff!
The children thoroughly enjoyed Cranborne, in the blazing heat!!!!! We made flour and bread, we saw how fabric was dyed and we had a go in the Roman Forge!
We are keeping our fingers tightly crossed for Max and Elise who took music exams last Monday!!!!!
All the children had a very positive experience in their new schools on Thursday and were full of smiles and fun stories to tell on Friday!
It was also a great surprise to see so many of the year 4 children at the West Dorset Swimming club Steps Gala last Sunday - who also did AMAZINGLY well!!!!!!
Today, we have had a VERY exciting Indian workshop - Surye Arts, learning all about the Children's Right to Play - whilst learning Indian dance, drama and drumming!
